    Data Deletion Instructions

    VIDEA (operated by Plastico Film) respects your right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR. This page explains how to delete your data, including data obtained through connected Meta / Instagram accounts.

    Option 1 — Delete Your Account (Self-Service)

    1. Sign in to your dashboard
    2. Go to Settings → Account
    3. Click Delete Account and confirm

    This permanently removes your profile, orders, uploads, scripts, and any connected social tokens within 30 days. Anonymized statistical data may be retained.

    Option 2 — Disconnect Instagram / Meta Only

    1. Go to Dashboard → Marketing Tools
    2. Click Disconnect next to Instagram

    This revokes our access token and deletes your stored Instagram metrics. Your VIDEA account and order history remain intact.

    You can also revoke access directly from Meta: accounts.meta.com/business-apps

    Option 3 — Email Request

    Send an email to hello@videa.pro from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm deletion within 30 days, in line with GDPR Art. 12(3).

    Data Retained for Legal Reasons

    Invoice and accounting records must be retained for 10 years under § 147 AO (German tax law). These records are isolated from active systems and used only for legal compliance.
