1. Provider

VIDEA is a video production service operated by Plastico Film, Aldo Montesano, Elsa-Brändström-Straße 10, 13189 Berlin, Germany (the "Provider", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@videa.pro.

2. Scope

These Terms govern the use of the VIDEA platform and the production services offered through it. By placing an order, you ("Customer") accept these Terms.

3. Services

We produce short-form social media videos based on the brief, script, and assets provided by the Customer through the platform. Plans:

Starter: €499 — up to 5 videos (~30s each)
Growth: €949 — up to 10 videos (~30s each)
Enterprise: custom volume and pricing
Additional videos: €149 per video

4. VAT / Kleinunternehmerregelung

Pursuant to § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged on invoices. Prices listed are final.

5. Order Process & Modification Window

Orders become binding upon submission. Customers may modify or cancel an order up to 2 hours before the scheduled shooting time at no charge. Modifications within the 2-hour window may incur additional fees or be refused.

6. Customer Obligations

Provide accurate brief, script, and shooting details
Hold all necessary rights to uploaded materials (footage, logos, music briefs)
Ensure access to the shooting location at the agreed time
Not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Customer receives an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered videos for any commercial and non-commercial purpose. The Provider retains the right to use anonymized excerpts as portfolio/reference material unless the Customer objects in writing.

8. Revisions

Each video includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

9. Payment

Payment is due upon order confirmation. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

10. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

For consumers (Verbraucher) within the EU: the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. However, this right expires once production has begun with your express consent — which you provide by placing the order with a shooting time within the next 14 days.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is the registered seat of Plastico Film.

14. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
